Switchback
The way up is rarely straight.
A private system of record for your career, and what to do about it.
Switchback keeps an accurate record of what you’ve done, the companies and people around it, and what deserves your attention today. Built for a deliberate move, and for the years between moves. It proposes; you decide.
- Your record, verified.
- Every line of your career on file, each one confirmed by you, so nothing about you is ever invented.
- Your world, in one place.
- The companies and people around your career, read against where you want it to go, with the reasoning shown.
- What to do today.
- Follow-ups, drafts and suggestions ranked by what they're worth, whether you're making a move or building toward one. Nothing is sent for you.
